If you wish to refresh a piano that is 20 to 40 years old, we recommend this course,
We recommend this course, which includes the replacement of some consumable parts with new ones.
When more than 20 years have passed since the piano was manufactured, even if it still looks beautiful at first glance, parts that cannot be seen will begin to suffer damage.
If the piano is only tuned on a regular basis, it may not be able to perform at its full potential.

Required period: Approximately 3 months + round-trip transportation period During busy seasons, it may take more than 4 months.

*In this course, the work is done at our factory in Vietnam and finished at our main factory in Japan.
*If you wish, we can change the color of the piano for a fee.

    Although we take the utmost care in repair and tuning work and inspect all repaired items before they leave our factory, this does not guarantee that the repaired items In the event of a malfunction in the operation of an item, if we determine that the cause of the malfunction is clearly attributable to the repair work, tuning work, or replaced parts that we have installed, we will repair or re-tune the item. However, we are not responsible for any defects not directly related to the repair or tuning (especially defects due to aging).

    3. Replacement parts, etc.

    Please note that we may use replacement parts other than genuine manufacturer's parts (such as equivalent to genuine parts or equivalent products) depending on the manufacturer, model number, and production period of the product. However, as a general rule, we will use genuine manufacturer's parts for items manufactured by Toyo Piano, including Apollo Piano.

    4. About the contract of tuning

    Our tuners have jurisdiction over Hamamatsu City and Iwata City in Shizuoka Prefecture (excluding some mountainous areas), but for customers in areas outside of our jurisdiction, we will introduce them to our affiliated tuners and other tuners with whom we do business. However, please note that it may be difficult to find a tuner on remote islands or in remote mountainous areas.

    In areas outside of our company's jurisdiction, the customer contracts directly with the tuner, but please understand that the customer's name, address, and telephone number will be provided to the tuner in order for the tuner to contact the customer directly.Please understand that we will provide your name, address and telephone number to the tuner in order to contact you directly.

    However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by the customer due to the intentional or negligent conduct of the tuner.
