Where is TOYO Piano’s repair factory?
We privide our repairing service at two locations: our Japan headquarters factory (Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture) and our Vietnam factory (Ho Chi Minh City).
Toyo Piano’s Vietnam factory started operations in 2005. A Japanese Manager allocated in Vietnam and Japanese-speaking Vietnamese staff make close contact to HQs staff to secure and keep up our TOYO’s high skill. In addition, we have frequently dispatched engineers from our head office to provide technical guidance. As a consequence, local skillful engineers are involving in the repair work currently. It is realized both high quality with low cost in repair, that is the reason supported by customers around the world.
Due to this cost advantage, we often receive repairing-orders at our Vietnam factory in many cases, but we are also pleased to accept requests of repairs in Japan. For more information about the factory, please see the factory introduction page from the URL below.
